Gather from 5:30-5:40pm at the corner of Capers Crossing and Outer Bank Drive.  The parade will kick off at 5:40pm and process down Outer Bank to the Swim & Tennis parking lot for the costume contest at 6pm.  

 The costume contest categories are:

1. Spookiest
2. Most creative
3. Funniest
4. Best child
5. Best couple
6. Best group
